Spectrum Saddle Shop – Shipping Policies
All orders over $75 receive Free Shipping* for Standard Ground either UPS or USPS on packages weighing up to 10 lbs. and fitting into one standard size box, Below $75 a Flat Rate of $7.95. For packages weighing between 10 – 20lbs there will be an additional $1 per lb will be added. Packages over that will be subject to additional charges. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands ship UPS Ground where service is available but add additional $30 to regular shipping charges up to 10 lbs and items must fit into one box. Orders over 10 lbs we will call and work on a shipping quote.
No International Shipping.
Spectrum Saddle Shop Return Policy:
Spectrum wants you to be happy with your purchase!! We will gladly accept returns purchased within the following guidelines. Please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the shop for help or questions with returns or questions about your purchase.
Sales receipts required for returns. Receipts for online purchases will be sent via email and enclosed in the packaged shipment.
- Returns accepted on regular priced merchandised within 30 days of sale. Clearance items are Not returnable.
- Special Orders for custom, personalized or non-stock items are not returnable however our aim is to please so we will work with you before, during and after the order to make sure you receive exactly what you want!
- Cash returns for items paid with cash only – if value of return is over $10, a check or gift card will be issued instead of cash. Cash purchases and returns are only applicable to in-store purchases as cash is not an accepted payment method for online sales.
- Refunds will be given in the same method as the original payment with the exception noted above. If purchases are paid with a check, refunds will be made 10 days after original purchase. Check payment is not an accepted payment method for online sales.
- Please ask how to protect merchandise when trying it. We cannot accept soiled or damaged returns that we cannot resell.
- Returns for shipped items will only be accepted in original packaging and in “NEW” condition. Refunds will be issued once the item(s) are returned to Spectrum Saddle Shop. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective.
- Ay item returned that was shipped for free will receive a refund less actual shipping costs.
- Helmets are not eligible for ANY return unless tags are still in place from manufacturer and in absolutely “NEW” condition.
